Aluminum Wire Cut (Chips / Granules)
Aluminum granules (chips) with diameters of 9.5 mm and 12 mm, weighing 3–5 g and with a length of 1.5–2.5 cm (which can be adjusted according to customer requirements), are used in the steel industry as an oxygen scavenger.
- In the steelmaking process, it is necessary to remove dissolved oxygen from molten steel. Aluminum and silicon are the most important deoxidizing materials.

Role of Aluminum in Addition to Deoxidation:
Increases toughness
Controls grain size
Melting point: 660 °C
Boiling point: 2470 °C
Density of molten aluminum: 3 g/cm³
Density of solid aluminum: 7 g/cm³
The aluminum granules produced by the company are prepared based on the purity required by the customer and are supplied in 10–12 kg bags or 1000 kg big bags.
It should be noted that the weight and type of packaging can be modified according to customer needs and requests.
