This is achieved through monitoring and inspection of incoming raw materials, in-process inspections during production, and final product testing and verification.
The quality control inspection process is divided into three main sections:

• Raw Material Inspection
• In-Process Inspection
• Final Product Inspection

Raw Material Inspection

The Quality Control Unit inspects all incoming raw materials to the factory — including aluminum billets, galvanized steel, polyethylene materials, insulators, pallets, and more — immediately upon arrival, performing all necessary tests and analyses in accordance with international standards

In-Process Inspection

Sim Rad Samaa Company, by establishing quality control inspection stations within the production halls, has successfully implemented comprehensive in-process inspections during manufacturing.

The Quality Control Unit, throughout all processes such as aluminum rod production, wire drawing, conductor manufacturing, sheathing, and cable production, fully supervises and tests products using laboratory equipment appropriate to each process, ensuring precise monitoring of the entire production line.

Final Product Inspection

In addition to the tests and inspections conducted during production, final examinations and testing are carried out on the finished product before being approved by the Quality Control Unit and transferred to the product warehouse.

The Quality Control Laboratory of Sim Rad Samaa Company is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments and has the capability to perform various metallurgical, electrical, and mechanical tests, as well as different types of tests related to insulations and sheathing with different compounds, all in accordance with national and international standards.
