These conductors combine the lightweight and good electrical conductivity of aluminum with the high tensile strength of steel.<\/p><p>ACSR\/AW conductors are mainly designed in the following strand configurations:<br>6\/1, 7\/1, 12\/7, 36\/1, 24\/7, 26\/7, 30\/7, 30\/19, 54\/7, and 54\/19.<\/p><h1><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Applications\"><\/span>Applications<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h1><p>Aluminum conductors steel reinforced with aluminum-coated steel cores (ACSR\/AW) are used in transmission and distribution lines, particularly in areas where high corrosion resistance and high-temperature performance are required.<br>They are commonly used in polluted environments, coastal regions, and industrial areas where atmospheric or chemical
